Why did you choose this career?

I chose meteorology because it seems very interesting and looks like something I would find entertaining to learn about.

What type of work does a person with this career do?

Since many meteorologists study weather, they are often outside or in a weather station. Some work in laboratories or on computers to examine weather patterns. Since weather forecasting is a 24 hour, 7 day a week task, I would probably not be following normal business hours.

Where?

If I were to follow a career path in meteorology, I would most likely not be working on my own, but rather in a corporation. I might be working for a weather station, for example.
